Grubby Paws Dogs Policy
Aversive training techniques and equipment, harsh handling or use of pain, fear or discomfort will not be tolerated. If after being asked to cease the use of these techniques, they are continued, services will be terminated with no refund.
Solo Session Policy
Refunds cannot be given after your Training Programme has started.
Grubby Paws Dogs cannot accept responsibility for loss, injury, damage or death to dog, person or property.
Payment is required before your first session. Payment can be made via BACS prior to your session and an invoice issued.
Sessions expire after 6 months of booking. It is the client’s responsibility to book session before they expire.
Bookings must be made via email, phone call or text message.
Cancellations
Cancellations will be allowed up to 48 hours before the agreed session was due to take place. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of a session, payment will not be refunded.
If Grubby Paws Dogs has to cancel a session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the next suitable slot that has availability.
By booking a session or a block of sessions with me, you are agreeing with all of the above.
Group Class Policy
Refunds for group classes cannot be given unless the place in the class can be filled.
This must happen before the course has started and must be approved by Grubby Paws Dogs. If the place is filled then a refund can be issued (minus a 10% admin fee).
If your dog has had diarrhoea or sickness within the 24 hours before class starts (unless cleared by your vet), or is showing signs of kennel cough, they cannot attend class.
Female dogs that are coming into, or are in season, cannot attend class.
Refunds for missed classes will not be given, but notes will be provided and the opportunity to submit video for assessment and coaching.
Walking T's & C's
The Owner must provide a visible Dog ID Tag on any Collars or Harness. This must include name, telephone number and address.

The Owner must ensure that their dog is wearing a well fitted harness. Please speak to the team if you have any questions.

The Owner is liable for any harm caused by their dog towards another dog or person.

The Owner must declare any reactive, aggressive or fearful behaviour to Grubby Paws. Failure to do so will result in termination of walks.
Cancellations made with more than 72 hours notice will incur no charge. If you cancel with less than 72 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the fee. Any cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged at the full amount.
All client contact must be made to the Grubby Paws Dogs phone on 07410 707 549 or email grubbypawslondon@gmail.com, any cancellations or amendments to walks made through other means may not be received.

Female dogs must not join walks whilst in season.
Payment and Invoicing: Invoices will be sent after the final walk of each month. Payment must be made within on receipt. If payment is not received within 7 days, a late fee of £5 will be charged, with 50p added per 24 hours.

If your dog causes damage to any Grubby Paws equipment, the owner must take responsibility and will be charged accordingly.
In the event of an emergency, The Walker shall contact the Owner on the numbers provided to confirm the Owner's choice of action. If the Owner cannot be reached, the Walker is authorised to: Transport the dog(s) to the listed veterinarian. Request on-site treatment from a veterinarian. The Walker is released from all liability related to transporting dog(s) to and from any veterinary clinic or kennel, the medical treatment of the dog(s) and the expense thereof.
